hmm if you have a printed skirt, it is best to go with a simple top, so as to not mix too many prints/colours, especially when going with an animal print which is a statement on it’s own.
i think it would look lovely with a black singlet or leotard(any one colour tone top), and cinch it with a belt where they meet, then you’ll have the effect of a maxi dress
(which are super popular atm
